TYPICAL CURING PERFORMANCE

Recommended UV Cure Condition

Light Source and Condition:

Medium pressure mercury vapor lamp:

Light Intensity, W/in 200

Exposure Time, seconds 5

Depth of cure, mils ≤50

Cure Schedule

20 minutes @ 110°C

Areas hidden or shadowed from the UV light source can be cured byheating after UV exposure per the cure schedule.

The above cure profiles are guideline recommendations. Cureconditions (time and temperature) may vary based on customers'experience and their application requirements, as well as customercuring equipment, oven loading and actual oven temperatures

Storage Store product in the unopened container in a dry location. Storageinformation may be indicated on the product container labeling.Optimal Storage : 4 °C
